That's the 21st-Century Fed Frug, where you try and liquify the banking system to prevent the markets from seizing up while simultaneously not lowering interest rates because you have to hold up the Clownbuck at the same time. Lots of jumping up and down, arm waving and loud verbalizing involved, but the idea is to basically stay in the same place. IMO Ben is actually doing a pretty good rendition of it so far -- American Idol beckons.....
