Pennies just being tested for now on limited stocks and options. They need to figure out how to take away any advantage investors may gain, then maybe they'll expand. Much like casinos, blackjack in particular. They removed many advantages, like surrendering and entering mid-shoe. Haven't played in years as a result(get enough thrill from stocks anyway.) Used to watch a table for awhile and try to count 10 cards, watch the streaks, and enter when the time seemed right. Trading has obviously become much more favorable due to the net. Nobody's taking that away anytime soon- though more fees and restrictions will ultimately enter.
