Yes, GasRock certainly drove a hard bargain -- 13% interest on the loan, an NSR of 2-4%, and the financing maturity in 2010 with first lien rights. But this deal should save ADB from bankruptcy, as now they can finally get to work increasing cash flow by hooking up the already drilled wells that have been waiting, some for more than a year, plus start up serious drilling again. ADB is up 9% right now. I am hoping they can gradually work their way back up to a buck, higher if ng prices cooperate. LC
