Crimson > Keep in mind that the majority of America's Jews opposed the invasion of Iraq. Consequently, it's America's neoconservatives, including it Jewish members, who deserve America's condemnation, not America's Jews.

In my opinion, the silence of the American Jews in their alleged opposition to the Iraq invasion has been deafening.

Likewise, the non-opposition of the Democratic Party to the war in the non-fulfilment of its "democratic" role in carrying out the wishes of the American electorate. Here, Pelosi must be singled out for special praise.

As far as I'm concerned, the neocons on their own, are not the only ones responsible for what has happened. I would say the whole government is complicit -- for the wars, for the 9/11 cover-up and for the failure to impeach Bush and Cheney (and others, but them to start) for violations of the US Constitution, and that's apart for their involvement as war criminals.

AIPAC, as a power lobby may have been responsible for the manipulation of sentiment towards Israel in the same way as the neocons carried out their nefarious deeds but without the support of the Congress, and the President of course, the Zionists could not have gotten away with it.
