The question was: "Why can't I be bold like the guys on the thread?!?" LOL! We saw a new home that met all our criterior and we'd been looking for a year; builder wanted out of his construction loan; got it discounted 10.9% from his starting price, 8 % off his reduced price which was still his listing price. Bought it 16 August, closed yesterday. Now we're getting our home ready for sale here in San Antonio. The market here is still relatively good. We "C" LOL!
