Quants seem to be back in business, no doubt all re-programmed with new "buy everything down to SPX 1370" subroutines Assuming the ABCP rollovers happen today without too much of a hiccup, at this point I'd have to concede that Ben has probably bought himself another 2-3 weeks of trading in a range ahead of the Sep 18th FOMC The good news is that the golf courses shouldn't be as busy after Labor Day while we wait for the next big bankruptcy shoe to drop -- somebody out there is caught holding the bag and they can't keep it secret forever
