Consumer spending and wage growth holding up well; factory orders strong. There is no evidence of a fallout from housing problems to the rest of the economy. It's all theory, not practice.

Bingo!

It was rather amuzing to see Bush & Co. last week put a finger in the cracking dam. They KNOW what is coming down the pike...and they are getting out just in time to hand it all to the dem's...LOL. Real estate will continue it's plunge here in the US ala Japan in the late 80's/90's. Just be patient and get ready to pick up some properties at fire sale prices in Cal-A-Forn-Eye-Aye. Always wanted one of 'dem houses near the beach :)
