I went through the memorial twice: went to Norriss Hall : lulled about for an hour or so after the game and was finally able to go home. I had #24's number embroidered on my VT shirt ( Jarrett Lane's high school number i.e. played for Narrows Virginia Green Wave: Sr in Civil Engineering when he was murdered ) I was sad that the moment of silence was not longer than the 4 to 5 seconds in the pregame ceremony: that's about 1/6 of a second per victim. Might have had something to do with the flyover of dual F 16's...probably did.. Yea ! It helped the healing, I'm getting there but it still hurts....a victory over LSU this Saturday will help... Go Hokies.....
