I don`t really have an agenda of any sort with that list. I just find it pretty astounding."..... IMO... First we have to understand that there never was a country called palestine nor are any peoples who are palestinians from the country that never existed. So called palestinians are a fairly recent invention and really what they are is arabs from many different areas of the ME and of course the state of Israel. As far as I know the Cannaanites are an extinct people so that would leave Jews next in line for ownership of said land. If who was there first entitles ownership of the land then the Jews win. If holding the land by force is entitlement then the Jews win again. The peoples of Philistine were a constant enemy of the Jews and the State of Israel some thousands of years ago and today Gaza is where Philistine existed thousand of years ago...never was a part of ancient Israel. Moslums did not even exist until 1500 years ago so really they are not even in the running for ownership of the land of Israel...The dome of the rock use to be a Jewish Temple before the moslums destroyed it and built one of their churches on the same site. Come to think of it the mo slums done that same thing in many countries... India a good example. I know..it's a mosk IMO :-)
