Sying they were stupid to sign up for craxy risks involves offending to many people. So, in the spirit of free enterprise, in a move equally as smart as his disguised amnsty, Bush offers to bail out the dunces instead of teaching them why they should read what they sign, or at least get an independent disinterested opinion as to its advisability. All of us serve a purpose, some as bad examples.
