Iktomi; I feel sorry for anyone ........Even when that person acts out in a horrible way, and hurts other people, Craig made personal choices. We all make personal choices based on our own moral compass. Every single person is tempted daily - however, most people have enough care and respect for their family and friends and enough respect for their own being to make the right choice. .....This has nothing to do with an alternate life style based on a a "life that can never fully satisfy them" - unless you think gay men seeking out each other in public restrooms is a normal (whatever that means) gay lifestyle. This man was a sick creep with no moral compass. He is selfish beyond belief. To constantly drag his wife in front of the cameras and to constantly brag about his accomplishments for the people of Idaho, only continues to reenforce my opinion of him. We differ greatly here....... steve

I feel sorry for anyone forced by their notions of the judgement of other people to live a life that can never fully satisfy them, and that forces them to deny a vital part of their existence. He was not forced, he chose. And it is a small, mean man who projects his pain on others, especially others who are like him, but who instead chose the courageous path. I applaud your compassion, but this man needs all the scorn society can heap on him. And this from one of the bleedingest bleeding hearts on SI.
