OK. I gather we've finished the topic of subsidization and are moving on to the topic of cost. I will pass on that one. I haven't seen the data to argue it one way or the other. It appears to be as effective, on balance. The costs, OTOH, seem awfully high. But that's just my impression. Won't argue off of impressions.
