It depends on the immigrants. Some are undesirable, some are better than the local yokels. <IF you are anti-immigrants , just say say so in plain language, rather than rambling about it.> For example, Moslems generally are not good to have as immigrants, for rather obvious reasons. They think the Koran is true. They therefore think Islamic Jihad is a good idea. Which is not good for infidels, apostates, unclothed women, heretics etc. Nor are the AIDS infected for rather obvious reasons. There are many immigrants that I can do without. NZ seems to be doing quite well with 4 million people and a lot of cows. <How long do you think NZ can survive in the global world with 3.5 Million people and 70 Million sheep ?> So far, so good. There is no Mexican border over which swarms can scramble to raid the place. There's no Tora Bora hinterland for conducting terrorist raids from over the border. Switzerland is doing well with a similar population. So is Singapore, even without sheep. Luxembourg does nicely. Lichtenstein is little. Andorra tiny. Hong Kong a pimple on the edge of China. Israel does well. Ireland has improved greatly. Size doesn't matter Kumar. It's quality. If size was a big deal, Pakistan and India would be excellent places. Bangladesh would be humming. You seem to be keen on threats and anger and "shut up!" You have cursed me with my downfall soon to come. New Zealand will not survive. Got any more? I say feel the love.
