Kumar, you are obviously misinformed. I guarantee, with a double your money back guarantee, that your buddy [who is incidentally in Manukau City, NOT Auckland, though Manukau is similar] did NOT plan all that without paying his dues to the bureacrats, spending a lot of money on compliance, permits, approvals and meeting a swarm of regulations. Bucklands Beach is not considered sacred ground. It's in the hinterlands. Try cutting down a kauri tree in Waitakere or a Pohutukawa in Auckland and see what you get.
