By no means. When I lived in Galveston, I knew some Hispanics who engaged in the alleged sport.

When you Google it, it seems to have become popular with gangs. Which makes sense, betting on it seems to be part of the attraction. No doubt it was the betting aspect that attracted Vick.

Asian, Latino and black gangs.........and its going to get bigger now that Vick has been busted.
