"I agree and locating those Hydrogen generating plants near the Yucca mountain storage project would be wise in my opinion. "

There is the hydrogen storage problem to be solved.

The nuclear industry has been emphasizing high burnup reactors. This greatly reduces the nuclear waste.

Yuma is a great idea. We already got nukes in Arkansas, why not a few more? Have the consumer price based upon how far you are from the nuclear plant. An incentive to have a nuke in your neighborhood. The source of water is easy. The oceans are to rise and flood the coasts according to algore, what better way to save the coastlines?

I thought I read somewhere that if all of the current corn acreage was used for fuel, it would only be about 10% of our needs. I think there is a capacity problem that cannot be overcome.

Searching google, there are already hydrogen pipelines, so that technology is already there for distribution.

Now to convince everyone that hydrogen is much safer than gasoline...
