When you disturb a nest of cockroaches or fire ants they will typically scatter everywhere... if the nests were ignored and allowed to grow, they wouldn't scatter, but the nests would be even larger over time... so, now, we finally take the fight to the jihadists and they're reacting, they scatter and become more visible, much like those cockroaches and fire ants... this is to be expected, but so what, the nests still must be destroyed...
