Edwards has now entered the realm of being a control freak. I wish it were so simple; however, its not. I would love for Edwards to tell us what "prevents breast cancer". I know of nothing that prevents breast cancer-----you can order all of the regular mammograms and have biopsies everytime a little lump appears and go crazy with fear---- which is what many women do. Women who have had a parent or a history of breast cancer in their families will even have masectomies---------breast removal in hopes of preventing breast cancer. I have seen numerous deaths of friends and relatives who died of cancer of various kinds. Some chose chemotherapy and died in great pain-------some were fortunate and bought a few more years of life to finish up their affairs with the chemo. I am truly sorry that Mrs. Edwards must go through this struggle with cancer; perhaps she will be the miracle survivor that will answer the questions of researchers. As a woman, don't tell me I have to have annual anything------I will make that choice including whether or not I want to let my body be exposed to extra radiation which most places continue to use for the painful mammograms. What is so poignant here is that Mrs. Edwards has likely had the best of preventive health care but yet has breast cancer. Edwards wants the government to mandate----what happens if you don't comply---------will people be thrown in prison or sent to jail for lack of compliance. mj
