I actually think that MOST Americans aren't really aware of the money being spent on Iraq or their share of it.

I'm waiting for some political candidate to run a commercial showing some quasi-postman delivering to the households of the country their share of the DEBT that this country has been running up in the years that Bush has been in office.

National Debt and Deficits are something too abstract for many Americans. If people were shown how the futures of their children were being mortgaged so that the richest of the rich can get tax cuts, I think it would HIT HOME for them.
