Zeus, IMO, these kinds of cosmetic surgeries scream and shout that we have a lot of mental illness in our county. People's priorities and values are so far out of whack it's scary. These are the kinds of values people believe come out of Hollywood, the fashion world, from left wing media etc... and it's why people resent those folk. You really have to ask yourself how women have gotten so screwed up that they actually think any mature man cares enough about boob jobs, designer vaginas, etc... for it to matter. It's sad that they feel they have to do this kind of thing to themselves to feel and be attractive. And to your first question, any ramming would probably result in death on the part of the rammer. ;-)
