The fact that he's done nothing at all to further negotiations is very telling. He's had 3 years since Arafat's demise and still the same stance. Unfortunately he believes trying to democratize Iraq is the key to stability in the region.....look where that's got him today. The cause will never be destroyed as long as there are hardline fundamentalists. The cause can be greatly DIMINISHED by compromising on a two state solution. Until the Palestinians have an independent autonomous territory, there will never be peace. This you must realize??
