No, they are in step 0 - denial. The Fed will save us and bail
out everyone, rate cuts are bullish, yada yada. If they were
in step 1, the DOW would trade at 11K. 10-year rates decline
is Yen carry trade - positive. The carry trade bets are on
converging yields on major currencies. They are converging,
even though it's not because the Yen yields are soaring -ggg-
