like that would matter in this environment? enforcement went away yesterday baby. over rover. don't buy the numbers, buy the market. if i ever heaR again an adr can't be listed on a usa exchange because the company doesn't meet our high standards, i think i will consider hiring a hitman for the guy that writes that ruling. key word: consider. i.e. a passing thought without intent. period. imaginary, not real etc etc etc etc. SIMPLY AN ILLUSTRATION OF COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGUST. farmland with well and krugerrands. fuck this.
