I saw the post, and immediately clicked through to Nadine's and read it carefully. Seeing that it was intelligent and thoughtful I glanced at Ed's and saw that it was off base. There are so many that want to believe that if we just close the blinds and pretend the 400 pound gorilla is not threatening us that it will be all better. By the time the gorilla has knocked off all of our allies and gets around to direct confrontation with the US these people will be so scared they are likely to be collaborators.
