Chandler bought most of his shares at a price north of 8.25.

I trust his due diligence more than I trust mine. If Chandler thinks that a LTBH value position is worth more than 8.25 per share, I am happy to agree.

The only reason the shares are so beat up is the revenue recognition scheme, the fact that orders were pushed back, and the general downdraft. The fundamentals are still in place. Even if carriers scale back spending plans, the arena in which SONS competes should not be drasticaly affected because SONS saves the carriers money in a cutthroat market in which margins are razor thin.

It may take some time, but growth in the share price is likely to become explosive.
