You are right! My parents went with my Sister and Brother to DC in July and it was humid and hot. I guess I am spoiled that we were living in the Silicon Valley! Whenever anyone was visiting, my Mom said to bring a winter coat, in the summer. Seriously, no one could believe the weather! Wasn't it Mark Twain who commented on cold summers in the City? I remember going to Candlestick Park for a Double Header with the Giants. By Night,is was chilly!!:) What I would give for weather like that now! :)
