RSH -23.4- unchanged- why and how does this not get investigated for manipulation?
This thing continually defies market forces and instead dances like a puppet at the hands of a marionette. During almost all larger mkt drops this year, RSH has jumped out as the sole stock to be virtually unaffected; almost in a mocking, catch me if you can fashion.
