Yeah, I think you might be right in DoF wants more funding. They will not be happy until they got 80% of the Fed budget in their pocket<g>. Same story goes for the so-called fantasy Chinese military hacked in Pentagon network. What is the current percentage of defense budget of the total US gov. budget? I think somewhere around 40%? and that excludes the hundreds of billions spending in Afghan and Iraq.
