You should still be able to get our Olathe corn on that date. At least the produce guy at Kroger said he expects it to last a bit longer than that. In these parts our Kroger stores are all called King Soopers, so that's what you'll look for. They're everywhere.

I used to have one sweet deal with sweet corn. A friend used to live next to a Monsanto seed growing farm and Monsanto would plant a 20 acre plot of sweet corn for the employees. Staggered the planting so it wouldn't all be ripe at once. That patch was next to his 6 acres and Monsanto let him pick all the corn he wanted in exchange for letting the employees drive across the field.
