Bush rolling double or nothing in Iran. Or maybe like the guy on the Fedex commercial who cannot find China on the world map. When confronted by his boss, he pretends to trip and tears up the map trying to catch himself.

Lots of folks including Scott Ritter were saying in early 2006 that Bush would attack Iran that year.

ElBaradei said there are positive signs that Iran is willing to avoid confrontation over its nuclear development program.

“We should know by November, or December at the latest, whether the Iranians will keep their promises,” he said. “If they don't, Tehran will have missed a great opportunity -- possibly the last one.”
