"Hill-Raiser" Norman Hsu Skips Out On $2M Bail Nothing like the old double standard working like a well oiled machine. People who are a flight risk, particularly as evidenced by past behavior, are typically denied bail. I guess $2 million makes it different. Not very likely to see this guy again. As Gomer Pyle would say, Surprise, Surprise. ARS
