4 years into the economic adjustment of expectations and there is still a long way to go. Interest rates are still way down. Maybe this really is the start of what Japan has done for the last 20 years since the absurd 40,000 Nikkei level fell down.

Check property prices in Japan since 1988 to see what might await USA property prices. Things can of course be much worse than that. Mobs might decide to burn houses by the million. Hey, what a great idea = burn houses owned by banks to cut the number of houses and get prices back up where they belong. Mobs of Zombies roaming neighbourhoods burning houses to save the economy and punish banks. Some would say that would create a lot of jobs too.
