I always freeze the meat before I seal it up. Same with stuff like soup or spaghetti sauce. Freeze it then pop it out of the container and into the Food Saver bag. I probably could have frozen the corn first, but didn't. I think it'll be fine. When I'm ready to eat one of them, I'm going to thaw it out on the counter, or in a sink of cold water like I do steaks. Then I'm just gonna cut the end open of the Food Saver bag, pop it in the microwave for one minute on high. Have soft butter at the ready.

Be sure to look for the "Olathe Sweet Corn" when you get here. Nothing else compares around here.
