HA is closed enough - the only meaningful way to get in and out is air.

Don't bother with the arguments. I would be impressed by real world proof (aka empirical evidence), thats it. If drug legalization is a great idea, pick somewhere isolated and do it - prove to everyone else its a good idea.

how big a deal was it for prohibition? There was crime, underground shipping it but not the whole society was into booze during this time. it must have had some impact on ability to get booze vs going down to your local package store, state store, grocery store,

same with drugs. we have no idea what will happen, how many people will get hooked on drugs,, because it is readily available. We do know those who experiment with drugs get addicted and that it leads to crime, lost of jobs, driving under the influence etc.
