I don't support instant full legalization either. Things should go in small steps. You're obviously a bad person. All drugs have to be legalized immediately! <jk>

Great point. I wonder if people like Brumar would think differently if, every time he cracked a beer after work, he had to worry about the feds kicking down his door. Hey - he's taking a known bad drug. People die from this drug all the time! Especially the children - who will protect them? Ergo sum, we should send Brumar to prison and confiscate all his property - for the good of all (that is, the government). (Apologies to Brumar, who seems like a good enough guy. I'm just making a rhetorical point here). Prohibition never works. It just destroys lives and grants the government more undue powers. How many times do we have to learn that lesson in history? Conservatives should absolutely OWN this issue ...
