Since my Food Saver vacuum seals it with no air reaching it, I'll bet it would still be good in a year. I've taken steaks out of there after 10 and 12 months and they are just as fresh as the day I sealed them up.

I left the corn in the husk and rolled half of them in a couple of paper towels before sealing them. I did this after discovering the vacuum was trying to suck the moisture out. That ruined my brother and SIL's Food Saver a few years ago. The manufacturer says not to let moisture get into the vacuum feature, so putting them in paper towel took care of that.

I plan to take them out, thaw in a sink of cold water just as I do my meat. I'll cut the end off the sealed bag and put it directly into the microwave for one minute on high. I'm betting they will be delicious.
