The less loud you talk, the more conversations you have on a cocktail party.

But at the early start of the party, people are too far from each other, they must speak louder to be heard.

As more and more guests get closely packed, the less loud they need and should talk.

Noting that all guests are packed within 300hz to about 10Khz band. I switch to from Englsih to Portuguese thus still using the same band but now using different code.

My neighbor switches from English and goes to German code And then another goes to Czech-coded conversation. Now powered by those cocktails we can talk loud and everybody understand each other. Even though there is a guy on top of the table -wearing his tie around his head like bandana- singing 'Malaguena Salerossa'.

Only the neighbors will be complaining called the police but that is another story.

This is how you explain a difficult concept in simple terms and it looks interesting else people would sleep through the explanation.

Now a guy who knows only what he learned at shcool he would need a white board and equations to send rockets to the moon to explain that concept of use of spectrum.
