Not even regionally, I think ... a couple of years from now this will be seen as a small burp (except maybe in Vegas, which I've never understood at all).

Well, yeah. California, East Coast, maybe Nevada and a few other formally hot locales.

Heartland may do well with grain prices solid. Housing is solid up here.
