That's because the Jordanians took it in 48 and drove all the Jews out. If that is legit, why is it illegitimate for Israel to take it back in 1967?

There is nothing less fastastical than who actually is in possession.

Otherwise settle this damned conflct and i say that more to the intransigent arabs who are more obstructionist than you could ever be.
