Well, it's against Orange County. The airport screening would probably be conducted by Federal employees.

I suppose this could refer to screening at County buildings.

I suspect that it's not a screening issue, but a school issue of some kind. Schools won't allow gang colors and dress, e.g.
Maybe they have broadly worded policies that ostensibly include religious headgear articles.

If I have to remove my shoes and have my medical devices pawed over, turban wearers have to remove their turbans.
