My point was simply that the presumption of innocence dissipates upon conviction.

Looks like they captured Hsu in Colorado...

His lawyer was already setting up the situation for a *mistake* on Hsu's part about the court appearance date

It occurred to me that sometimes 'guilty' doesn't mean 'guilty.'

Take Larry Craig.
He did a Kerry.
He was 'guilty' before he was 'not'guilty' and
'intended to resign' before he 'didn't'.

Now, somehow his term just won't 'get finished'.
