Actually addressing the issue of labile hypertension emanating from what is admittedly neurotic involvement with "world issues" is within the bounds of therapeutic issues.

I have seen prescriptions that included don't read the newspaper or watch too many news programs.

Arguing a safety valve exists in this medium is also valid.

Making too much of sounding board is of course not desirable.

On the other hand it has been medically asserted and proven that feeding on anger and expressing it is very heart hazardous.

Cooling it, and letting the four winds blow is advisable.
