ORDER AS TO SECURITY RETAINER

This cause came before the Court on September 6, 2007, upon the Application to Employ Fowler, Measle & Bell, PLLC as attorney for Debtor, Platicon International, Inc. and the responses to said Application to Employ filed by Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. After considering the pending application and responses herein along with the record in this matter, and having heard argument of counsel, if any;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP is hereby directed to disburse to Fowler, Measle & Bell the sum of $23,597.51, said funds representing a portion of the pre-petition security retainer held by Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs in the amount of $55,658.22.

2. The remaining $32,060.71 portion of the Wyatt pre-petition security retainer shall be held by Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs pending the Court’s ruling on its final fee application to be subsequently filed herein.

3. This Court hereby reserves ruling on the Unsecured Creditor Committee’s request for a portion of the retainer funds, pending a final ruling by this Court on the final fee application to be filed by Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP.
