they don't sneak in. They fly into every airport in the nation and stay as long as they please. no penalties.. they may return back home and later come again and stay a few years ,, no penalties.. no tracking of people who over stay .

It is going on all day every day.. not just at mexican border.

Well, I suppose it goes back to our heritage when borders were not so enforced. I dont think he said it wasnt a crime like a felony but more like a Civil crime. In any event, I'm sure he knows the law. jdn
