perhaps we should treat mcDonalds etc like alcohol.. you want one go to a state store or get a prescription.

of course it is an exaggeration,, but how do we get a society,that is now hell bent for controlling what you put into your body and health insurance penalties or employment vs step further and legalize drugs.
