Barak and his fellow experts are just plain wrong. Why do you think U.S is going to withdraw from Iraq???? ( rational answers will be rejected as we are not dealing with a rational matter:) Troops could move from Iraq into Iran, but there will be NO retreat from the Iraq/Iran continuum. What the opinions of the experts has NO significance, NONE. Bush quote when having it suggested he was proceeding against the U.S.Constitution: "The Constitution is just a damned piece of paper" Where is this resistance to Bush going to come, CG?????? Who can stop him???? Only a coup d'etat could do it. i have written in the past to you of Dem Gotterdammarung mindset and how it was an essential in understanding Hitler and his close cohorts. Do you not realize that for 2 years 24/7 U.S. has been getting everything in place for a MASSIVE Air and Naval Attack on Iran. Scott Ritter spoke in error because he did not realize what intense preparation was needed, but for 2 years now, 24/7, the U.S. is now ready to launch a sudden and UNANNOUNCED, massive Shock and Awe attack, whereever they think is the right timing. Will Congress rush and say Bush must have Congressional authorization and pass such a declaration??? i have no reason to see that happen, Nancy Pelosi is a disaster, gutless and slippery--she is a shallow political hack , like the quite substantial majority in Congress If Abraham Lincoln or Jefferson were in the Senate nowt hey would be shouting out for impeachment.
