<<I'm headed off tomorrow on my motor scooter >>

About a mile from where I live there is a custom cycle shop that sells cycles from $50k on up. I saw one that was rated at 551 HP and they were building one that had a 720 HP engine. Now that would move you on down the road in a hurry.

Have fun! That looks like a great place for a weekend.

My wife rented Wild Hogs and I watched it. Some pretty funny scenes, but I thought they could have made a much better movie out of it than they did, what with the stars they had and everything.

I don't mind sleeping on the ground, though.

The Acid Test, By Paul Croy from memory (about 50 years)

Take a man, if you would know him well,
To a lean-to of bark and poles.
Sleep on the ground and eat plain grub,
And cook on a bed of coals.

You'll come to know what he really is
Not just what he seems to be.
You'll plumb the depths that are camouflaged
By his personality.

When the weather's foul and the bedding's damp
And the grub tastes of kerosene
And he doesn't gripe and he wants to stay...

But wait...

... Is your own slate clean?
