Norwegian! In Swedish it's Lutfisk.
The Danes and Norwegians, pretty much use the same written language (bokmal as opposed to nynorsk) and actually call it "Klipfisk".

If its the Norwegian spelling, then get off my back. I am supposed to distinguish between the Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian spellings of lutefisk. I'm good but not that good. ;-)
