I concur with you on being against illegal immigration.

Since we already have numerous, in the millions, of illegal immigrants the USA has to deal with this and decide what next.

Personally, I believe we should stop all immigration, legal and illegal, until we identify who belongs here and who doesn't.

While I don't like Bush's solution of amnesty, some form of amnesty may be one of the ways to get the people who are here illegally who truly want to be citizens to come forth.

Those who don't come forward we find and determine what their purpose is in being here and particularly if it is for terrorism purposes.

Just read about a police raid on a split-level house in Northern Virginia--------that was crowded with illegals.

Presume they will be deported immediately as that is what is now happening.

I personally am against illegal immigration"

me too , it stinks for those in countries who obey the law and wait in line to get into good old usa. I do not care what country they come from. no one should be able to just buy a plane ticket and walk out of the airport and live here with out fear of ever being deported. It is an insult to our whole system.

however, it happens every day and doesn't get much publicity because of the huge numbers of illegals coming over from Mexico. I expect most of them coming over would never get a chance to come into usa. no work experience, no ability to support themselves, no education, and perhaps a criminal record.

I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind actually supporting illegal immigration, of course, except the know-it-all liberals who don't care about any of those illegals, they only want their votes... it's all nothing but political pandering to the poor and a disgraceful scam...<g>
