GPG and the "real" investors saw the writing on the wall a long time ago and bailed. Way back when I first started waving the caution flags, GPG at least wrote me PMs wanting to know more. Despite the specific details I gave him and contacts to call, he didn't believe me, but at least he didn't drive right through the caution either.

To GPG, Plasticon was a real investment. To many message board posters, playing penny stocks is akin to extreme surfing: you are constantly looking for the right wave to catch regardless of what caused it; your only goal being to exit safely before it crashes into the rocks. They take any criticism of specific companies as personal attacks on their sport-- even while bodies wash up around them.

I was struck by the professionalism and beauty of the office space.

5. Wherefore, EVO respectfully requests this honorable Court for an order lifting the automatic stay so that EVO can take eviction/forcible detainer (to recover the premises) and other state court action (to recover remedies for breach of lease) against Plasticon International, Inc.

6. Movant further requests that any order granting this motion removes the provision for the ten (10) day stay permitted by Rule 4001(a)(3).
